Shipping and Delivery Policies

Due to our exclusive promotions and demand for orders, the delivery time for imported products in Brazil is 15 to 30 days after the purchase has been confirmed, because our products on offer are imported and international shipping is direct from the supplier.

But lately the vast majority of orders have been delivered within 15 days of purchase, often within 10 days.

If your product is taking longer to arrive, check the tracking code that will be sent to your email shortly after the product is dispatched by our supplier.

In some isolated cases, imported products spend a long time in inspection by the Federal Revenue Service, which checks all packages that enter Brazil, and as they are overloaded, this sometimes delays deliveries.

The vast majority of orders arrive within 20 days, bearing in mind that products shipped internationally at the Quark Shop are unlikely to be stopped at customs in Brazil as they are small and low-value products.

However if it happens to be stopped at customs for that reason we will pay any tax that the product may incur.

But don't worry, your item will arrive to you soon in perfect condition.

Your only responsibility is to enter the correct address at the time of purchase and receive the order, if the address has been entered incorrectly you will need to pay a new shipping cost of R$ 30.00

1.2 Order Tracking

The products will be sent by Correios, there will always be a Tracking Code that will allow the customer to follow the progress of the delivery after confirming the purchase, Quark Shop undertakes to instruct the customer on how to track the products.

2.1. Care with the Addressing of Orders

Quark Shop will send the products to the address requested by the customer. Therefore, so that there are no obstacles to the delivery of your order, we ask you to pay attention when filling in the address where you want to receive your order.

2.2. Absent Recipient

Make sure there will be someone at the address to receive your products. The Post Office makes three attempts to deliver the products, if there is no one at the address to receive the order in any of the attempts, the package will be taken to the post office closest to the address, and, in this case, it will be necessary that the recipient of the package, collect it at the Post Office, within 7 consecutive days. If the recipient of the order does not carry out the withdrawal, as a rule of the Post Office, the package will return to the sender, requiring the payment of a new freight for the reshipment of the product.

All details related to delivery attempts, as well as the address of the Post Office agency where the recipient should pick up his package in case of absence at the address, are recorded in the tracking of the order, which can be followed on the Correios website, using the tracking code provided by the store.

2.3. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Quark Shop is not responsible for the incorrect or incomplete filling in of the destination address of orders placed in the store. In the event of incorrect or incomplete addressing, as per Correios rules, the package will be returned to the sender, and no further delivery attempts will be made to that address.

If delivery is not carried out due to a discrepancy in the address provided, it will be necessary to pay a new shipping fee to resend the product at the expense of the customer.
